1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• Product received is damaged during transit.
• Product received is defective, contaminated, or expired.
• Incorrect product delivered.
• Product packaging is tampered with before delivery.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food and grocery products, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products.
• Products with damaged seals caused after delivery.
• Products purchased during special promotions, discounts, or clearance sales.
• Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after verification and approval of the returned product.

Approved refunds will be issued:

• To the original payment method used during purchase.
• Within 7–10 business days after approval.

The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Replacement Policy

If the product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered, customers may choose:

• Product Replacement, or
• Full Refund

Subject to verification by our support team.

6. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

7. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to an error by Sangameshwara Organic Foods (wrong, damaged, defective, contaminated, or expired product), return shipping charges will be borne by Sangameshwara Organic Foods.

For any other approved return requests, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Improper storage or handling of products after delivery.
• Natural variations in color, texture, aroma, or appearance of organic products.
• Dissatisfaction based on personal taste or expectations.
• Delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
